TTCS is a work that deals with the contradictions which converge in communication media.
Massification of technologies reached its peak during the XX century and its common use helped to have access to information and contents immediately, but also, facilitated mass media corporations / institutions to establish its power and a high impact over all our social behaviors and culture. One characteristic on this process was its capacity to availed its reach for manipulation and damage of entire cultures as a state and factual powers instrument for propagation of ideas that seek to manipulate the individuals behavior.
In this ambivalence, Television may be the most obvious example.
This sculptural object has been designed to be a clean and visually suggestive body with the quality of being an object with practical use (since it can be used as any television). The inclusion of a high audio frequency, extracted from video color bars tone, a body of water and electrical system generates a continuous tension presenting elements that are regularly antagonistic, generating a contradiction in which the viewer have to deal with.
